I have a PhD in linguistics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, where I was supervised by Laia Mayol and Martina Wiltschko.

My doctoral research explores the patterns of confrontational conversation. Drawing on notions from Conversation Analysis, im/politeness studies, and speech act theory, I adopted a cross-framework approach to corpus data.
